Phase 3 Filter Press Expansion

Project Description:

Developed design basis for three new filter presses, water management system, and material handling to process incoming raw peat and discharge peat cake for drying and pellet production.

Phase 4 Plant Expansion

Developed design basis for two additional filter presses, new grinding and material handling systems, two wet flue gas scrubbers, process water and peat mixing systems, and

auxiliary systems work.

DryFiningTM

Installation engineering and construction management of a

commercial coal drying system that refines 100% of lignite used at the Coal Creek Station. The beneficiation process reduces moisture content and removes impurities, resulting in a higher BTU value coal, a more efficient plant, and fewer emission.
